These are women victims of sexual violence, inflicted by the policies of war. They are separated from their familes, or they are the only survivor, or are even hunted down as a shame on their village.

The WCA helps them with refuge, connecting them with other agencies and trains them to sew, so they can have a means to support themselves.

The ones who complete the course are presented at graduation with a sewing machine, bought with donations. Each machine costs $80
